Promote the implementation of the Mission and Vision of the University through the coordination of strategic planning and monitoring of key development targets of the University, continuous improvement of the University’s activities by ensuring compliance with the requirements of the quality management system, studying the competitive environment, planning and promoting the implementation of marketing measures that contribute to the strategic development and competitiveness of the University.
• Analysis of the University’s activities on the Development Program and Strategic Directions within the existing personnel, technical and functional capabilities of the Department;
• Identification of opportunities based on the analysis, development and presentation of recommendations for improving the work in strategic areas, organizational and functional structure of the University, etc.;
• Promotion of continuous improvement of the University’s activities based on the principles of quality management systems;
• Monitoring the compliance of the University’s activities with the requirements of the quality management system;
• Organization of marketing research of the external and internal environment of the University, analysis of the results of marketing research;
• Identification of opportunities based on the analysis, development and presentation of measures to strengthen the competitive position and further build up the positive image of the University;
• Consulting and expert assistance to the higher and middle management of the University in the areas of strategic development, continuous improvement of activities, strengthening the competitive position in the market and improving the competitiveness of the University.;
• Improvement of the system of monitoring and evaluation of strategic indicators, key performance indicators of the University and affiliated research institutes / research centers by collecting, compiling, reconciling and analyzing data received from responsible structural units.
• Improving the effectiveness of the University’s work in the marketing direction; forming and monitoring the implementation of the University’s marketing strategy and related plans
