Human Resource Development Management

The Department of human resources development (HRDD) is an independent structural division of the NCC «Kazakh national medical University named after S. D. Asfendiyarov».
HRDD was created by the decision of the Board of Directors of NCC «KazNMU named after S. D. Asfendiyarov» in 20.03.2019.
The Department reports directly to the Vice-rector for corporate development.
In its activity the Department is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan acting legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education and science, orders of the MH,Ministry of education and science of the RK, Regulation of the NCC «KazNMU named after S. D. Asfendiyarov», Personnel policy NCC «KazNMU named after S. D. Asfendiyarov» and internal regulations of the University, orders and instructions of the rector.

HRDD goal

Implementation of the University’s Personnel policy in accordance with the Mission and development Strategy.

HRDD tasks

Implementation Of the personnel policy of the University in accordance with the strategy and current plans for its development;
Organization of work to ensure the quality formation and effective use of human resources, providing the University with personnel;
Formation and development of the personnel evaluation system;
Formation and development of a system of professional training of personnel;
Development of employees ‘ competence and motivation;
Improvement of the corporate culture of the University, participation in the creation of a stable team.

Main functions of HRDD

Organization of work on search and selection of personnel;
Organization of work to encourage University employees, coordination of the work of the award Committee of the University;
Organization of work on certification and evaluation of the University staff.
Formation of a personnel reserve for promotion to senior positions, development of young employees with leadership potential:
Organization of work on professional training and development of employees.
