S.D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National medical university participated the 7th European Quality Assurance Forum.
The EQAF is an annual event co-organized by ENQA (the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education), ESU (The European Students’ Union), EUA (Association of European institutions of higher education) and EURASHE (the European Association of Institutions in Higher Education) and supported by the European Commission’s Lifelong Learning Programme, is the main European conference on quality assurance in higher education, which brings together all key stakeholders in this field, such as higher education institutions, quality assurance agencies and students.
Forum participants were representatives of all EU countries, USA, UK, Africa, UAE, CIS countries (Russia and Kazakhstan).
Kazakhstan was represented by S.D.Asfendiyarov KazNMU, Nazarbayev University, Auezov SKSU, Al-Farabi KazNU.
The main theme of the meeting was the discussion about problem of improving the quality education, accreditation of educational programs, the relationship between quality assurance and students, management of quality education, impact of new standards on quality improvement of study programs in Europe, etc.
