Dathaev Ubaidilla Makhambetovich
Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences
He graduated from the Almaty State Medical Institute (AGMI) with a degree in Pharmacy.
Since 1990, trainee teacher at the Department of Technology of Dosage Forms at ASMI.
In 1991 he was transferred to the position of assistant, since 1992 — senior lecturer of the department of technology for dosage forms.
Since 1998 — Associate Professor at the Department of Technology of Dosage Forms. From 2000 to 2002 he worked as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, 2002-2004 as the head of the correspondence department and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Medicine. Since 2003, he has been appointed head of the Department of OEF and Drug Technology. In 2007-2008, he headed the University’s Teaching and Methodological Department. From 2008 to 2010, he was chairman of the Cyclical Methodical Commission for Physical and Pharmaceutical Disciplines. In 2009, he was elected chairman of the union of employees of KazNMU named after S.D. Asfendiyarova. 2009-2015 worked as dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy and professor of the Pharmacist-Technologist module, 2015-2016. Director of the Institute of Pharmacy KazNMU S.D. Asfendiyarova. 2016-2017 headed the department of pharmaceutical disciplines KazNMU them. S.D. Asfendiyarova. Since 2017, Head of the Department of Organization, Management and Economics of Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacy of the School of Pharmacy ,.
In 1998 he defended his thesis on «Development of the composition of the technology of pastes for the treatment of periodontal disease and their standardization», in 2009 his doctoral thesis on «Technological aspects of creating soft dosage forms on new foundations.»
The author of more than 300 scientific papers published in international, foreign and national publications, of which 23 patents and patents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, monographs, textbooks. And also, the author of the State Compulsory Education Standards in the specialties: 040940 — «Technology of pharmaceutical production», DSS of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the specialty «Pharmacy». He is the Chairman of the Dissertation Council for Pharmacy: in the specialties 6D074800-Pharmaceutical Technology and 6D110400-Pharmacy.
For achievements in scientific and pedagogical activity, he was awarded the bronze medal of the university, the badges “Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “For the contribution of the development of healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, the order “Glory of Kazakhstan”, letters of thanks and letters of thanks of the Ministry of Health and Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, letters of akim of Almaty, MH RK. Winner of the fourth annual competition “Pharmaceutical constellation” in the nomination “For contribution to the development of pharmaceutical education in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and the title “Best University Teacher of 2013” of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He was awarded the Jubilee Medal on the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 29, 2016); “A. Baitursynov Silver Medal” for his contribution to the development of the higher education system and the training of highly qualified personnel.
By order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Dathaev Ubaidilla Makhambetovich was appointed vice-rector for strategic and corporate development of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov from December 11, 2017.
