The Department of Academic Quality is a structural unit of the University and is directly subordinate to the Head of the Department of Academic Affairs of the University.
The main goal of the Academic Quality Department is: organizing and conducting procedures for internal and external quality assurance of educational activities.
Department location: Rectorate building, 2nd floor, rooms № 225, 253 rooms

• Study and analysis of world experience in the field
• Quality assurance systems for higher education, development of proposals for their implementation;
• Coordination of the activities of the university’s structural divisions for internal quality assurance of education,
• Coordination of the process of institutional and specialized accreditation;
• Providing and analyzing feedback;
• Organization of work on the rating of educational programs;
• Providing data on educational activities according to QS ratings;
• Consulting teaching staff and administrative assistants on the development of an internal quality assurance system;
• Participation in the work of collegial advisory bodies of the university;
• Compliance with the requirements of the quality management system, the University’s quality policy, and other internal regulatory documents of the University in the field of quality.
• Compliance with the requirements of the anti-corruption management system, anti-corruption policy, internal regulations and legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in terms of anti-corruption.
