Goals

The implementation of modern digital technologies and services to improve the quality of educational and other services provided by the university. The center aims to establish a “one-stop-shop” system, minimizing direct interaction between students and administrative departments to eliminate bureaucratic barriers and promote an anti-corruption culture in service delivery.

Objectives of the Service

  • Enhancing transparency in the monitoring of educational and administrative processes.
  • Improving the efficiency and quality of educational and other university services through the use of modern digital technologies.
  • Providing users with a portal interface for access to a wide range of information resources and electronic services.
  • Facilitating interactive engagement among participants in the educational process.
  • Developing and optimizing digital technologies to enhance educational and administrative services.
