Goals and objectives:

  • Provision of goods, works, and services necessary for the performance of their activities by the structural divisions of the University;
  • Organization and conduct of public procurement of goods, works, and services.
  • The tasks of the GZ Management are:
  • Implementation of the procurement process, based on the approved budget (development plan) for the relevant financial year.
  • Ensuring transparency and transparency of the procurement process.
  • Ensuring the implementation of procedures for the organization and conduct of the purchase of goods, works, services, in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • Creation of equal conditions of competition among potential suppliers of goods, services and works.
  • Compliance with the requirements of the anti-corruption management system, anti-corruption policy, internal regulatory documents and legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding anti-corruption.
  • Compliance with the requirements of the quality management system, the University’s quality policy, and other internal regulatory documents of the University in the field of quality.
