The main purpose of the Department is: coordination over the effective and rational use of all types of resources allocated to the unit, control over the provision of the hostel with necessary property, equipment, inventory and fire protection equipment;
The tasks of the department are:
a) control and organization of the work of the staff of the hostel;
b) organization of cleaning of premises and monitoring of cleanliness in bedrooms and common areas;
c) control over the proper operation of the power grid, communications, water supply, sewerage and other equipment of the hostel;
d) control over the observance by employees of labor, performance and technological discipline, rules of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation and fire safety;
e) Compliance with the requirements of the quality management system, the University’s quality policy, and other internal regulatory documents of the University in the field of quality.
g) Compliance with the requirements of the anti-corruption management system, anti-corruption policy, internal regulatory documents and legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding anti-corruption.
