Student Service Center

Organization and provision of high-quality, efficient, accessible, and transparent services to students and other applicants of the University based on the “one-stop shop” principle, through the delivery of public (government) and internal (university) services.

Main objectives of the Student Service Center Department:

  • Organizing effective interaction among the University’s structural divisions;
  • Providing public (government) and internal (university) services to students and other applicants of the University;
  • Creating a student-oriented environment in compliance with information security requirements, anti-corruption policy, and regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Coordinating and monitoring the organizational and functional activities of the Student Service Center, including the distribution of functions among employees, ensuring process alignment, and controlling their implementation;
  • Forming and developing the human resources potential of the Student Service Center, including training, professional development, enhancement of service culture, and development of professional competencies in the field of service delivery;
  • Monitoring and controlling service quality, collecting and analyzing feedback from students and other stakeholders, identifying systemic issues, and implementing measures for continuous improvement of the Student Service Center’s activities;
  • Ensuring the development and implementation of modern service and digital solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency, accessibility, and transparency of the provided services;
  • Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the quality management system, University policies, and other internal regulatory documents in the field of service quality;
  • Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the anti-corruption management system, the University’s anti-corruption policy, rules for managing conflicts of interest, as well as the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of anti-corruption;
  • Ensuring compliance with information security requirements and protection of personal data of students and other applicants in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
