Before submitting an application, we recommend reviewing the standard agreement form that we use to establish partnerships. The document is available in three languages:

To initiate the signing of a memorandum, please send an official letter addressed to the First Vice-Rector of S.D. Asfendiyarov KazNMU.

Your letter should include the following information:

1. The full name of your university, country, website, and contact person (full name, position, email).
2. Specific proposals for cooperation areas, such as:
   • 📘 Academic exchange: students, faculty, graduate students (indicate faculties, duration, and forms of participation).
   • 🔬 Joint research projects: proposed scientific fields (e.g., public health, biomedicine, pharmacology, etc.).
   • 🧩 Joint events: participation in conferences, symposia, summer schools, forums, and education weeks.
   • 🎓 Dual degree programs: proposed majors (e.g., general medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, etc.).
3. The preferred format of the agreement: Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), interuniversity agreement, or other form.

3. After the content of the agreement is approved, both parties proceed to the signing stage.
