The purpose is to monitor the clinical activities of clinical departments by analyzing the current state and prospects for the development of therapeutic and diagnostic activities in healthcare organizations in Almaty and the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

• to analyze the effective use of the potential of the teaching staff of clinical departments and university clinics in the provision of medical care;
• to analyze the use of scientific achievements in medical and educational processes with the provision of appropriate recommendations;
• to consider the introduction of new standards of diagnosis and treatment based on evidence-based medicine into the treatment process in accordance with the achievements of medical science;
• to monitor the assistance of the teaching staff of the departments in the work of expert commissions initiated by the University and other organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

• coordination of the activities of clinical departments with healthcare organizations in Almaty and the regions;
• consideration of regulatory documents on the clinical activities of the teaching staff of departments, clinical structures of the University;
• consideration of the issues of the development of the integrated academic health care system of the University;
• assessment of the quality of medical and diagnostic activities of the teaching staff of the departments at the clinical bases of the University;
• analysis of the effectiveness of clinical training at the University, hearing and preparation of advisory opinions on annual reports on clinical work carried out;
• consideration of issues of clinical training of University students in the framework of the formation and development of skills and competencies of clinical work;
• consideration of the structure and scope of medical care of the University Clinic and affiliated organizations of the University, taking into account the needs of educational and clinical processes and scientific research;
• discussion of issues of prospective development of University clinics;
• analysis of the effectiveness of new therapeutic and diagnostic technologies introduced into practical healthcare by University staff;
• curation of events on fixed profile services and Roadmaps of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the University’s obligations;
• analysis of the condition of the equipment available at the University and its subsidiaries, and preparation of recommendations for its effective use, as well as the development of the material and technical base for scientific and clinical research;
• selection of safe, clinically and cost-effective medical technologies for their implementation in the clinical practice of the University and its subsidiaries;
• consideration of the expediency of using medical technologies already used at the moment in the practice of the University, if there are indications of possible economic inefficiency or insufficient clinical efficacy and safety.
