Goals and objectives of the corporate development department:
- development of corporate governance in subsidiaries;
- compliance of the activities of subsidiaries with the principles of corporate development in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal regulatory documents;
- methodological support for the implementation of corporate development in the University’s subsidiaries, joint-stock companies, the rights of ownership and use of state participation (block of shares) of which have been transferred to the University;
- compliance with the requirements of the quality management system, the University’s quality policy, and other internal regulatory documents of the University in the field of quality;
- compliance with the requirements of the anti-corruption management system, anti-corruption policy, internal regulatory documents and legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding anti-corruption.
