The registrar’s office is a structural unit of KazNMU named after S.D. Asfendiyarov, which is engaged in registering the entire history of a student’s educational achievements and ensuring the organization of all types of knowledge control and the calculation of his academic rating.

The purpose of the Registrar’s Office is to record the movement and register the educational achievements of KazNMU students.
These goals and objectives are achieved by:
- Updating the automated database in order to obtain accurate and timely data to provide support for students in all areas of training;
- Preparation of responses to various internal and external requests for the student population;
- Printing of department teaching staff statements and timely import of grades into students’ transcripts, issuance of transcripts, printing of diploma supplements;
- Preparation and transfer of student records of graduates to the university archives;
- Constant participation in the development and analysis of academic regulations and procedures;
