The Registrar’s Office is a structural subdivision of the Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University (KazNMU), responsible for recording the entire academic achievement history of students and organizing all forms of academic assessment and the calculation of academic ratings.

The goal of the Registrar’s Office is to track and register the academic progress of KazNMU students.
These goals and objectives are achieved through the following tasks:
- Registration for academic disciplines;
- Acceptance of individual student plans;
- Organization, monitoring, and control of interim and final assessments;
- Organization of a system for monitoring student academic achievements;
- Organization and conduct of competitions for vacant educational grants;
- Preparation of draft orders based on memos (representations) from the dean regarding student personnel;
- Issuance of diploma supplements;
