Department of Procurement and Monitoring

The main purpose of the Department is:

  • providing the University’s structural divisions with goods, works, and services necessary to carry out their activities.

The objectives of the Department are:

  • optimal and efficient spending of money used for purchase;
  • implementation of the procurement process, based on the approved budget (development plan) for the relevant financial year;
  • ensuring the transparency and transparency of the procurement process;
  • ensuring the implementation of procedures for the organization and procurement of goods, works, services, including medicines, medical devices, as well as those necessary for the performance of scientific research and scientific work carried out at the expense of budgetary funds in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • procurement placement and support, determination of procurement winners;
  • creating equal competition conditions among potential suppliers;
  • conclusion of contracts;
  • contract execution monitoring: monitoring compliance with the terms of contracts, including delivery dates;
  • Process optimization: continuous improvement of procurement and monitoring processes to increase their efficiency and reduce costs;
  • compliance with the requirements of the anti-corruption management system, anti-corruption policy, internal regulatory documents and legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding anti-corruption;
  • compliance with the requirements of the quality management system, the University’s quality policy, and other internal regulatory documents of the University in the field of quality.
