The school determines its financial plan and the number of faculty members for outgoing external AM faculty. The school distributes the AM plan among departments

An employee of the department selects a partner university for an AM visit and sends the following documents to the ICD:

– Application (goals, period, discipline, country of mobility);

– Documents confirming qualifications;

– Passport (valid for 6 months or more);

– CV (in 3 languages)

At the beginning of the year, the ICD initiates a Decree on the composition of the Commission for the selection of teaching staff for AM.

ICD answers applicants’ questions and provides advice if necessary

ICD collects applications from applicants before the specified deadline and prepares the applicant’s documents for the Commission for the selection of teaching staff for AM.

In accordance with the deadlines stated by the grantor, the ICD organizes a meeting of the Commission for the selection of teaching staff for AM, where the recipient of the grant for AM is approved by protocol.

ICD is addressed to the sending department/School the received official response from the partner university.

The school/department, based on a response letter from the partner university, sends a memo to the Personnel Accounting Department to issue a Decree on the secondment of a teacher

Departure of an AM teacher to a foreign country according to the decree and plan of the department/School

The department provides to the ICD a personal report (a paper and scanned versions) from the teacher on results of AM signed by the  head of department and the dean of School  .

The department posts on the website https://kaznmu.edu.kz/    reporting information of completed external outgoing academic mobility of a teacher in 3 languages.
