The main functions of the Department include:
- Developing, coordinating, and supporting the approval of the University Development Program.
- Developing, coordinating, and supporting the approval of Appendix 4 of the University Development Plan.
- Developing, coordinating, and approving the Roadmap for implementing the University Development Program.
- Developing, coordinating, and approving the University Operating Plan.
- Coordinating the work of structural divisions and providing methodological support for preparing and adjusting documents necessary for achieving target indicators of the Development Program, key indicators of the Development Plan, Roadmap activities, and Operational Plan.
- Conducting internal training sessions for University employees on Operational Plan development rules, reporting procedures, and other relevant departmental issues.
- Improving the reporting system and developing strategic indicators.
- Presenting proposals to the University Board for enhancing planning and execution of the Development Program, Development Plan, and other related documents.
- Compiling information materials on the University’s performance results in priority areas under the Development Program implementation.
- Providing information support for the University’s website and social media platforms within the Department’s scope of responsibilities.
