The main functions of the Departament include:
- Search and establishment of contacts with foreign scientific, educational, and clinical organizations to achieve the University’s strategic goals, key performance indicators, and internationalization development;
- Organization of meetings and negotiations with foreign partners on matters of international cooperation;
- Coordination and support of Memorandum signing processes;
- Formation, updating, and analysis of the international partners’ database;
- Participation in organizing and monitoring the implementation of programs inviting foreign specialists to the University;
- Supporting the organization of outgoing academic mobility for students and academic staff of the University;
- Participation in monitoring the effectiveness of academic mobility of the University’s staff and students;
- Participation in and support of the University’s activities in Erasmus programs;
- Preparation of necessary documentation, correspondence management for joining international associations;
- Participation in organization of seminars, lectures, and other training activities for students, staff, and employees of the University within the framework of cooperation with foreign partners;
- Providing information support for the University’s website and social media platforms within the Department’s scope of responsibilities
