Brief biography:
Jumasheva Sulushash Makhsotovna graduated from Kazakh State Academy of Management (now Narxoz University) with honors in 1998: Management, Human Resource Management.
In 2011, she received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from KIMEP University.
From September 2016 till June 2019 she studied at Narxoz University on PhD program. Title of the doctoral dissertation: “Improving internal quality control of educational services in universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
She completed several internships: “New Approaches and Methods in Research Methodology”, Solbridge School of Business, South Korea, June 25 — July 9, 2018; “Analysis of big data in PhD studies”, Poznan University of Economics and Business, Poland, June 18 — July 2, 2017; Internship in the department of Quality Assurance, Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, 1-31 October 2011.
She holds certificates in: writing scientific articles for international journals; research methodology; institutional research and its role in educational organizations; data analysis and processing; quality management system in universities; use of databases of scientific journals; international accreditation in Kazakhstan; database management system.
She worked as a monitoring officer at KIMEP University. Engaged in the preparation and conduct of surveys on satisfaction of students, graduates, employers and other target groups; processing, analyzing data and preparing analytical reports on ongoing research; preparing reports to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the university’s activities. She has an extensive experience in international non-governmental organizations and commercial companies. Currently, she is the head of the accreditation and rating department at JSC National Medical University. She speaks the following languages: Kazakh-native, Russian — fluent, English — fluent, Italian — elementary level.
