The result of the training:
ON1 — To use knowledge of natural sciences (social, humanitarian, economic), biomedical sciences in professional activities to identify and solve modern problems in public health
ON2 — To apply modern information and communication technologies in the assessment of hygienic, epidemiological, and environmental problems in public health and to analyze and evaluate public health indicators
ON3 — To participate in the organization and conduct of research using scientific methods based on evidence-based medicine and principles of bioethics.
ON4 — To identify cause-and-effect relationships between the state of public health and the impact of human environmental factors, to establish conditions for the occurrence and spread of infectious and non-communicable diseases in order to prevent them
ON5 — Apply the skills of developing, organizing and conducting sanitary and epidemiological control over the state of the environment, drinking water, industrial facilities, children’s institutions, food, border protection from the importation and spread of particularly dangerous infections in order to develop measures to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, including in emergency situations.
ON6 — Apply skills of working with regulatory legal acts, taking into account political and economic trends in making managerial decisions using communication tools in the public health system to improve the quality of medical care
ON7 — To promote a healthy lifestyle at the individual and population levels, to implement preventive programs and projects to preserve and strengthen the health of the population.
