Anesthesiology and intensive care

After completing the training, the student demonstrates knowledge of the drugs used in anesthesiology, knowledge of the rules for working with equipment used during anesthesia, the rules for conducting infusion and transfusion therapy during anesthesia. It is able to monitor breathing and blood circulation, diagnose various complications during anesthesia and surgery, diagnose circulatory arrest, perform resuscitation (CPR), and diagnose `brain death`. Demonstrates knowledge of modern principles and methods of intensive care for various diseases, syndromes and critical conditions.

Pediatrics surgery

At the end of the training, the resident will demonstrate knowledge of the definition, etiology, pathogenesis, clinic of surgical diseases in children, clinical laboratory and instrumental diagnostics, skills of differential diagnosis, diagnosis, prescribing conservative or surgical treatment based on the obtained basic knowledge. Be able to work in a team.

Gastroenterology with endoscopy

Upon completion of the training, the specialist will be able to know the basics of endoscopic surgery, indications and contraindications for the use of minimally invasive technologies in urgent and planned surgery. Able to independently and successfully solve their professional tasks and improve their professional activities with clinical thinking, well-oriented in complex pathology, with in-depth knowledge of related disciplines.

Surgery in polyclinics

Outpatient surgery considers the main issues of providing medical care to the population that do not require inpatient surgical care. Upon completion of the course, the student will have the required amount of knowledge, skills and practical skills to independently conduct diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive measures in inpatient and purulent-outpatient surgery.

Planned surgery

Purulent surgery

Having studied the discipline, the student will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the definition, etiology, pathogenesis, clinic of purulent-inflammatory diseases of the skin and soft tissues, purulent-septic complications of surgical diseases of internal organs, clinical laboratory and instrumental diagnostics, skills of differential diagnosis, diagnosis, prescribing conservative or surgical treatment based on the basic knowledge obtained. Purulent surgery-2

Studying this discipline, the resident will know the definition, etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations of purulent-inflammatory catheterization of the lungs and pleura, as well as the complication of acute surgical diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, instrumental methods of diagnosis, diagnosis, conservative or surgical treatment based on the obtained basic knowledge.

Thoracic surgery

At the end of the discipline, the student will form an extensive and deep volume of basic, fundamental medical knowledge that forms the professional competence of a doctor in thoracic surgery, who is able to successfully solve their professional tasks and improve their professional activities, who has clinical thinking, is well-oriented in complex pathology, and has deep knowledge of related disciplines.

Traumatology

At the end of the course, the student will know the general issues of organization of traumatological and orthopedic care in the Republic, etiology, pathogenesis, clinical symptoms of major traumatological diseases, their prevention, diagnosis and treatment principles, the basis of diagnosis and emergency care in emergency conditions, in traumatological and orthopedic diseases.

Urology

Upon completion of the course, the student will acquire knowledge of the main methods of diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as: non-specific inflammatory diseases of the genitourinary system; urolithiasis; benign prostatic hyperplasia; tumors of the urinary system; diseases that cause infravesical obstruction; injuries; male infertility and erectile dysfunction. Training should be able to conduct differential diagnostics, determine the further tactics of urological pathologies and preventive measures.

Emergency surgery

At the end of the training, the resident will have clinical thinking, theoretical knowledge and practical skills in emergency surgical pathology, principles of rational diagnostics and surgical tactics, critical understanding of the organization of emergency surgical care, route management (3H system) of the patient, continuity of treatment stages.

Emergency surgery-2

Having studied this discipline, the resident will have theoretical knowledge, clinical thinking and practical skills in emergency surgical diseases of the abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal space, the principles of differential diagnosis and the establishment of a correct diagnosis, the definition of adequate surgical tactics for emergency surgical care.
