The discipline forms knowledge on the organization of outpatient neurological services, skills of documentation, acting in the framework of the legal legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; features of dynamic observation and indication of assistance with accounting of evidence of patients with vascular lesions of the head brain, vertebrogenic pathology, spinal cord injury, demyelinating and non-invasive disorders

Neurology in the hospital (adult, children)-1

The discipline forms the knowledge of the organization of the inpatient neurological service within the framework of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the skills of topical diagnosis of symptoms and syndromes of damage to the nervous system; features of dynamic observation, treatment and assistance, taking into account evidence-based medicine, to patients with vascular diseases of the brain, spinal cord, infectious-inflammatory and demyelinating diseases of the nervous system; continuously developing professionally

Neurology in the hospital (adult, children)-2

The discipline forms the knowledge and skills of specific neurological examination and examination methods, interacting with the patient for effective and safe treatment, taking into account evidence-based medicine, within the framework of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for patients with neurodegenerative, neuromuscular and hereditary diseases of the nervous system;foundations of medical genetics, medical and genetic counseling for diseases of the nervous system, working as part of interprofessional teams.

Visualization research methods in neurology

Number of credits – 6
The discipline allows to determine the indications for conducting neurophysiological examinations and their interpretation, to determine the scope of functional examination according to the specificities of adults and children, international experience and evidence-based medicine. Indications for an intraoperative complex neurophysiological study in operations on the spinal cord and brain working in an interdisciplinary team

Emergency conditions in neurology and neuroresuscitation

Number of credits – 12
The discipline allows to study the leading etiological and pathogenetic mechanisms, clinical manifestations of emergency conditions in neurology, the principles of diagnosis and management tactics according to international experience and evidence-based medicine, acting within the legal and organizational field of the healthcare system of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Neurorehabilitation

The discipline forms the skills of selecting patients for early and late neurorehabilitation; determining the rehabilitation potential, communicating with the patient to identify indications, contraindications and comorbidity; skills in maintaining documentation, acting within the framework of the legal legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
