The discipline forms knowledge and skills on the application of the diagnostic search and treatment algorithm for diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue in children and adolescents at the stage of primary health care, the principles of primary and secondary prevention, routing, clinical examination and rehabilitation of rheumatological patients. Studying the peculiarities of diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue in children and adolescents.

The discipline forms knowledge and skills in providing medical care to patients with diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue, conducting clinical, laboratory and instrumental examinations with interpretation of the results, differential diagnosis, choosing safe and effective management, predicting the outcome of the disease and conducting preventive measures, effective interaction with the patient, his relatives and colleagues.

The discipline forms knowledge and skills in providing medical care to children and adolescents with rheumatic diseases, conducting a comprehensive examination with interpretation of the results, differential diagnosis, choosing a therapy, predicting the outcome of the disease and conducting preventive measures, effective interaction with the patient, his relatives and colleagues.
