Regulation „About an order and terms of rendering the financial (charitable) support to members of trade union and also about social support of unemployed pensioners of the S.D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh national medical university is developed in compliance of the charter of JO «Trade Union of S.D. Asfendiyarov KazNMU employees» and defines an order and terms of rendering the financial (charitable) support to the employees and also an order and terms of rendering measures of social support to unemployed pensioners of Kazakh national medical university named after S.D. Asfendiyarov.
Financial support to the members of trade union and unemployed pensioners of university may be rendered at the expense of means of trade- union budget due to article of the estimate of expenses “Rendering financial support”. The volume of the trade- union budgetary fund directed on rendering financial support is defined by trade-union committee of the university at the approval of the budget estimate of expenses for the next year.
The present regulation extends on members of trade union of the university and unemployed pensioners.
The members of university trade union are considered to be the employees admitted to membership of trade union voluntary, on the basis of the written statement.
Unemployed pensioners of KazNMU named after S.D.Asfendiyarov are considered to be the former employees of the university before leaving on pension not less than 5 years.
Changes and additions are made to the present regulation according to the decision of trade-union committee of KazNMU named after S.D. Asfendiyarov and are approved by the chairman of trade-union committee.
According to the expenses estimate of the trade – union budget, the planned volume of expenses for a year makes:
1. Rendering the financial (charitable) support to employees and veterans of the university – 40%;
2. On cultural and mass and sport events — 40%;
3. On the maintenance of trade-union of trade-union committee (tax assignments, contributions to federation of trade-unions, bank services) – 20%.
