The Rector’s Office was created by the decision of the Board dated March 20, 2019.

The goal is to increase the competitiveness of the University and ensure high—quality training of specialists through the development and implementation of a human resource management system aimed at maximizing the potential of University staff, increasing staff satisfaction with working conditions and work performed.

The main task is to implement the University’s personnel policy in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the University’s Development Strategy.

The main areas of activity are personnel planning and marketing, personnel recruitment and accounting management, labor relations management, personnel development management, personnel motivation and incentive management, organizational structure development, legal support for the university’s activities.
